The Production Manager is a key part of the fulfillment of the promises we make to our customers. The company’s brand and customer experience relies on the proper execution of the responsibilities of this role. Company motto: “Service You Can Trust.”

The areas of accountability are as follows:


1. Aid in completing onsite work on budget and on schedule per week.
2. Deliver on promises made by Concrete Pro Coatings.
3. Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.

Deliverable 1 – Delivering Projects on Budget and on Schedule

1. Lead in implementing weekly meetings with the Field Technicians to ensure they all gain full understanding of projects and their daily and weekly goals.
2. Instruct all Field Technicians in the proper use of all Products and Tools and coach them to follow the step-by-step installation instructions provided in the Systems Installation Guide to deliver service our customers can trust.
3. Ensure Products, Supplies and Tools (PST) are prepared in advance to enable projects to be produced in the most efficient manner possible.
4. Work in a pre-planned and efficient manner with clear instructions to Field Technicians to ensure all tasks are being completed within the allotted time frame.
5. Double check all work produced at each phase of the project to proactively prevent deficiencies.
6. Immediately address deficiencies to prevent production delays.
7. Ensure all necessary materials or tool rentals are requested 2 WEEKS in advance to prevent delays to the production schedule.
8. Track all products, supplies and tools used on each project.
9. Report to Vice President Operations daily with project updates, questions, concerns to ensure that all project progress is on track and issues are handled immediately. Be prepared to offer 3 solutions to the Vice President Operations for any issue that arises.

Deliverable 2 – Customer Service – Deliver on Promises made by Concrete Pro Coatings
1. Handle all customer questions related to changes to project timelines, work scope, design, and/or Change Orders, reporting each to the Vice President Operations.
2. Provide the VP Operations with daily updates regarding any customer interactions.
3. Communicate with all customers and subcontractors in a professional and polite manner. Report any issues to be addressed to the VP Operations with 3 solutions.
4. Arrive on-time and be willing to stay late if necessary to keep projects on schedule.
5. Ensure, through effective management, that each step of the installation process is completed thoroughly before moving on to the next step and coach the Field Technicians to do the same to ensure we provide our customers with service they can trust.
6. Train and aid Field Technicians in the successful achievement of their accountabilities.
7. Provide a report on Field Technicians growth progress monthly to Vice President Operations, and a report on all projects completed that month.

Deliverable 3 – Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment
1. Teach and help Field Technicians to maintain and update accurate quantities marked on all products.
2. Teach and help Field Technicians to keep all tools clean by cleaning them after each use.
3. Effectively manage and instruct Field Technicians on what, when, how and why to do each task exactly as the System Installation Guide states for consistent positive results so that all customers and employees enjoy an organized, clean and safe experience.
4. Clean any mess immediately and wear proper PPE at all times.
5. Be a positive, encouraging source on the job site.
6. Keep company apparel clean and neat. Always wear company apparel on company job sites.
7. Keep all Products, Supplies and Tools (PST) clean, organized and labeled so they are easy to locate and function properly.
8. Ensure any truck or trailer remains clean and organized at all times.


1. Report directly to the Vice President Operations.
2. Attend meetings on time with prep completed.

The following will require sign off and/or notification of the Vice President Operations:
1. Any serious injury or accident occurring on a Concrete Pro Coatings job site.
2. Any liability, warranty or damage issue.
3. Any incidence of fraud or theft within the company.
4. All purchasing of new tools.
5. Any incident involving damage to Concrete Pro Coating’s or customer’s assets.
6. A serious breach by an employee of our company values.
7. Major strategic, cash, people or brand initiatives.


All Production Managers are paid bi-weekly by piece rate. The pay period encompasses the previous two weeks with Monday starting the pay period and ending on every other Monday.

Paychecks are issued the following Monday in person for all jobs COMPLETED during that specific pay period. Jobs started, but not completed, during a pay period will be paid on the next paycheck for the pay period in which the job was completed.

Hours of Work

Monday to Saturday, 7am – 4pm. It is expected that you arrive on site 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time each day. Full time is assumed but not guaranteed. Occasionally overtime and Saturdays may be required.

Bonus Pay

Bonus pay can be earned by achieving goals set forth in the company Bonus Program. The bonus pay period starts December 1st and ends September 30th. Payments for any earned bonuses between October 1st of previous year and September 30th are paid on December 1st three months after the end of current bonus pay period.

Employee benefits are not provided by Concrete Pro Coatings.

Performance and Wage Review

Performance reviews will take place on a monthly basis. Raises are performance and experience based and are not guaranteed.
